The website and services are operated by LuxPoint24, a commercial concept operated in Luxembourg. By accessing this website or using any LuxPoint24 service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service
LuxPoint24 operates fully automated, self-service retail locations, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Products are sold via automated vending machines without on-site staff.
Purchases are made directly through the machines using the available payment methods.
3. Eligibility
By using LuxPoint24 services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old when purchasing age-restricted products;
You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
You comply with all applicable Luxembourg laws and regulations.
LuxPoint24 reserves the right to restrict or deny access to its services if these conditions are not met.
4. Products and Availability
All products offered are subject to availability. LuxPoint24 reserves the right to:
Modify, replace or remove products at any time;
Limit quantities per transaction;
Refuse a transaction in case of technical issues or suspected misuse.
Product images and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
5. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable Luxembourg VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price displayed on the vending machine at the time of purchase is the final and binding price.
6. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods may include:

LuxPoint24 does not store card or payment data. All electronic payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
7. Refunds and Complaints
Due to the automated nature of the service:
Refunds are not automatic;
Refunds may be granted only in case of proven machine malfunction, double payment, or product non-delivery.
Any complaint must be submitted within 48 hours and must include:
Date and time of purchase;
Location of the machine;
Description of the issue;
Proof of payment, if available.
LuxPoint24 reserves the right to assess each request individually.
8. Age-Restricted Products
Certain products may be subject to age restrictions under Luxembourg law.
LuxPoint24 may use age-verification systems. Attempting to bypass these systems is strictly prohibited and may result in denied service and legal consequences.
9. Use of the Premises
Customers must:
Respect the premises and equipment;
Not damage, tamper with or misuse vending machines;
Comply with posted instructions and safety notices.
LuxPoint24 reserves the right to take legal action in case of vandalism, theft or misuse.
10. Liability
LuxPoint24 shall not be held liable for:
Temporary unavailability of machines or services;
Technical malfunctions beyond reasonable control;
Improper use of products;
Indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected transaction, to the extent permitted by Luxembourg law.
11. Data Protection
Personal data, if collected, is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
